According to our customers’ requests we can use the following compounds:

ACM – EPDM – FKM – ECO – IIR – NBR – HNBR – NR – SBR – MVQ – FVMQ

If requested these materials can be connected with metal inserts, plastic or PTFE components and textile supports.

Plastic materials such as PA, PE, ABS complete our raw materials range.

Elastomers main characteristics

NBR

Strong resistance to fuel and aliphatic hydrocarbons, vegetal, animal and mineral oils and fats, water and GAS.

Operating temperature °C: from -30 to +100
Available Hardness Shore A: from 30 to 90

EPDM

Strong resistance to atmospheric agents and ozone, to many chemical agents and to low and medium-high temperatures.

Operating temperature °C: from -50 to +150
Available Hardness Shore A: from 25 to 90

CR

Strong resistance to ozone, to flame, good resistance to oils and fuel.

Operating temperature °C: from -15 to +150
Available Hardness Shore A: from 25 to 90

NR

Excellent elasticity, resistance to abrasion and tear resistance.

Operating temperature °C: from -70 to +70
Available Hardness Shore A: from 30 to 90

HNBR

Similar to NBR but with a good resistance to ozone, atmospheric agents and to higher temperatures.

Operating temperature °C: from -40 to +150
Available Hardness Shore A: from 50 to 90

FKM

Strong resistance to fuel, oils, solvents, chemical and atmospheric agents at a wide temperature range.

Operating temperature °C: from -20 to +220
Available Hardness Shore A: from 50 to 90

VMQ

Strong resistance to high and low temperatures, atmospheric agents, good electrical isolation.

Operating temperature °C: from -60 to +250
Available Hardness Shore A: from 20 to 90

FVMQ

Similar to VMQ but with a good resistance to solvents and fuels.

Operating temperature °C: from -60 to +225
Available Hardness Shore A: from 40 to 80

ECO

Strong resistance to atmospheric agents, ozone , hydrocarbons with low gas permeability and good compression set at a wide range of temperatures.

Operating temperature °C: from -50 to +120
Available Hardness Shore A: from 40 to 80

SBR

Good resistance to brake fluid, to water and to cold and good tear resistance.

Operating temperature °C: from -40 to +90
Available Hardness Shore A: from 40 to 80
